Yoilan Fimia Leon from Cuba also found Maggie on the internet in 2000. This is a whole story book in itself. By a miracle, we were all able to be together in Poggio a Caiano in 2008! Maggie also flew down to Cuba in 2011 and spent almost a week with Yoilan and his family. We stayed one night in Havana and then time in Fomento, Santa Clara and a resort near Trinidad – beautiful scenery, wonderful food, salsa dancing and getting to know our Cuban cousins after many many generations apart. Yoilan’s ancestors came from Sicily to Spain and then to Cuba.
